You will need:

  • Oats (1 tablespoon)

  • Warm water (1 teaspoon)

  • Natural honey (1 teaspoon) (Optional)

  • Olive oil (2 drops) (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Put the oats in a small bowl and add the warm water.

  2. Mix the oats and water well until a smooth paste forms.

  3. Add the honey and olive oil (if using) and mix everything together.

  4. Apply the mask to your skin using gentle circular motions.

  5. Leave the mask on your skin for 15-20 minutes.

  6. Rinse your face with warm water.

Tips:

  • If you have oily skin, add a little lemon juice to the mask.

  • If you have dry skin, add a little yogurt to the mask.

  • Use the mask once or twice a week.

Notes:
