Cucumber yogurt mask for gorgeous skin


Yogurt and Cucumber Face Mask

You will need:

  • Plain Yogurt (Full-fat recommended)

  • 1 Medium-sized cucumber

  • Honey (Optional)

  • A little rose water (Optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash the cucumber well and cut it into small pieces.

  2. Put the cucumber pieces in a blender and blend until smooth (like a puree).

  3. Add the yogurt to the cucumber puree and blend until they are well combined.

  4. If you want to add honey 🍯, add it to the blender with the yogurt and cucumber.

  5. Add a few drops of rose water 🌸 if you want to make the mask feel extra soothing.

How to Use:

  1. Wash your face well with warm water.

  2. Apply the mask to your face and neck. You can apply it carefully around the eye area, but avoid getting it directly in your eyes.

  3. Leave the mask on your face for 15 - 20 minutes.

  4. Rinse your face with cool water.

Tips:

  • If you have oily skin, add a little lemon juice to the mask.

  • If you have dry skin, add a little olive oil to the mask.

  • Use the mask once or twice a week.

Notes:

  • If you are allergic to any of the ingredients in the recipe, do not use it.

  • Do not use the mask if you have any cuts, wounds, or inflammation on your skin.
